The recent passing of Mica Miller has left her community in shock. Mica, a 30-year-old woman and the wife of Pastor John-Paul Miller, tragically lost her life on April 27, 2024. While initial reports suggest self-harm, her family and friends believe there’s more to the story.

Court documents reveal that Mica had filed for divorce from her husband in October 2023. Just days before her death, she sought “separate support and maintenance,” and a “no contact order” against her estranged husband. Troubling incidents, including stalking and vandalism, had also been reported to the police.

Mica’s sister emphasizes that false narratives should be disregarded. She describes Mica as a loving, resilient woman who didn’t deserve the pain she endured. The family calls for a thorough investigation, suspecting that her death may be linked to abuse rather than a simple suicide.

Beyond Mica’s case, this tragedy sheds light on broader issues. Domestic violence remains a pressing concern, and mental health support systems need improvement. Despite efforts to help Mica, the outcome was devastating.
